Ms. April Justice

Hey friends! I teach 5th grade ELA at Leeds Elementary. This is my ninth year as an educator, and I absolutely love what I do. I graduated from The University of Alabama at Birmingham with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I also received my Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Instructional Leadership Certificate from The University of West Alabama. I taught 3rd grade for 7 years at Vincent Elementary before making the move to Leeds. I truly believe that this is where I am supposed to be. I feel honored and blessed to be part of such a strong and supportive community. I am currently working towards becoming a National Board Certified Teacher. I have an 11 year old Dalmatian named Dallas. I am newly engaged and will soon be gaining a husband and a 6 year old son. I enjoy reading, working out, traveling, being outside, spending time with my family and friends at the lake, and attending sporting events (War Eagle, Go Cowboys, and Go Braves).
