Welcome back to another fantastic year here at Leeds Primary School! This year will be my 18th year in education. I began teaching first grade at Montevallo Elementary School. From there I spent time working for the Alabama Math, Science and Technology Initiative where I was blessed to meet some phenomenal teachers from all over the Jefferson County area and help coach them in their math instruction. From there, I was named the Assistant Principal of Leeds Elementary School and I was honored to be there two years! This is now my fifth year as Principal of Leeds Primary School and I am so excited about all the amazing things we have going on in our school.

I strongly believe that it is our mission to create a welcoming school environment where children come to learn how to be successful leaders. We strive everyday to make Leeds Primary School a place that students want to be! Our teachers are the most hard working and dedicated staff and I am truly blessed to work alongside them daily as they pour into your students. We believe all children can be leaders and we help them see this through leadership roles and ownership of their academic success. I look forward to getting to know your family and your children!

I am married to my husband of 16 years, Brandon. We have two children, Caiden (13) and Preston (8). We have two dogs, Lola, and Sophia along with our cats Cotton, Jack, and Gidget. We enjoy taking trips in our camper, hiking, playing sports, and spending time together as a family.
