AP Teachers rewarded for major 2024 success
121.
That’s how many passing Advanced Placement scores Leeds High School had for the 2024 Spring exams. Today, the teachers who made it happen were surprised with a little “thank you” from Leeds City Schools.
Superintendent John Moore hand-delivered a check to each AP teacher on Monday morning. The AP teachers were given $100 for each passing score. With 121 passing scores, that’s a nice bonus for these teachers! LHS had a passing score for each course offered.
Those teachers are:
Mr. Argo - AP Statistics
Mr. Demora - AP Spanish
Ms. Delehanty - AP English Language
Mr. Goldberg - AP Government and Politics
Mr. Higdon - AP Calculus
Mrs. Kennedy - AP Computer Science
Mr. Thomas - AP English Literature
