Full Sail University makes a stop in Leeds

Pixar. Taylor Swift. Call of Duty. Encanto. Beyonce. Spider Man. What do all of these big names have in common?

Today, a representative from Full Sail stopped by Leeds, Alabama to meet some high school students and talk about their unique approach to education.

Full Sail University, located in Winter Park, Florida, offers associate's, bachelor's, and master's degrees designed for the world of entertainment, media, arts, and technology. Full Sail offers 8 different degree programs: Music & Recording, Games, Media & Communications, Film & Television, Technology, Art & Design, Business, and Sports. Full Sail has over 100 studios and labs on its 210 acres of campus, including a movie set!

This is the second year that Full Sail has come to Leeds High School to speak to students in Mrs. Kennedy's classes. The rep shared information about the university. She also shared impressive stories about where FSU grads have ended up and different projects they have worked on as professionals. The presentation wrapped up with students working on a coding project. Students certainly left enlightened about another option for life after LHS.
