With the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year rapidly approaching, it is time to figure out how your student will get to and from school. If you are planning for your student to ride on a school bus, you must fill out the link below. Even if your child rode the bus last year, you must fill out the transportation request form for the new school year. 

LCS Employees - if your student will only ride the shuttle bus, you do NOT need to fill this form out.
