Leeds High School is registering new students throughout the end of the school year and summer. To begin your student enrollment, please use the following link: LHS ONLINE ENROLLMENT. If you do not already have a PowerSchool account, please create an account and then proceed to complete the fields to enroll your child.  

    Once you have completed the online enrollment process, please email Ms. Bartee at cbartee@leedsk12.org to setup an enrollment appointment to complete your registration. For your enrollment appointment, you will need to provide the following documents:

    -A copy of current immunizations for the student

    -A copy of the child's birth certificate

    -A copy of your driver's license

    -Legal custody documents (if needed)

    -Three proofs of residency (One of these must be a current lease/mortgage statement. The other two must be current utility bills: power, gas, water, or sewer. We cannot accept cell phone or cable bills.)

    -Copies of 504 or IEP (if needed)

    **If you do not own or lease a property in the Leeds school district, please contact Mrs. Ragan (gragan@leedsk12.org or 205-699-5437) at the Central Office to schedule an appointment regarding 3rd party documentation.

    **If you are interested in having your child enrolled in Leeds City and you currently reside in a different school district, please contact our Central Office at 205-699-5437 to discuss transfer options.

    Your child will not be registered until all steps of this process have been completed!
