Hello! I am Mrs. Wehrwein (pronounced were-wine), and I am so excited to be your teacher this year! This is my 17th year teaching, and all at Leeds. I taught first grade for 12 years and have spent the last 4 years as the LPS librarian. I missed teaching first grade, so I am back and thrilled to have a classroom family again! My husband and I live in Leeds with our two kids. Cate is 14 and will be a freshman at LHS (yikes!). Hayes is 9, and he will be a fourth grader at LES. We have three spoiled cats: Myrtle, Winnie, and Fred.
