Pre-K Preregistration for the 2025-26 School Year

Pre-Registration opens January 15th on the state website.

Eligible students must turn 4 years old on or before September 1, 2025.

Make sure you pick Leeds Primary as one of your sites.

Our lottery will be held Thursday, March 6, 2025 in the LPS library. Applicant deadline is Wednesday, March 5, 11:59pm.

After you have filled out the state website, there is nothing more to do until the lottery. You may want to locate your child's birth certificate, social security card, immunization records, any helpful medical records or diagnosis, as well as parent ID, any custody paperwork, and proof of residency(Rental agreement/Mortgage statement/Deed and a current utility bill.)

Once the lottery has occurred, selected students will be notified via email, and you must respond and complete all paperwork by March 20, 2025 to secure your child's spot at LPS.

Our Pre-K program does not have tuition, but your student's attendance is expected in order for you to keep your spot in our program. Students should be potty-trained to attend. Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are also free through the Community Eligibility Provision.

Our program hours are 7:45am- 2:00pm.

We do offer early care (6:30am-7:15am) and after care (2pm-6pm) for our program for an additional fee.
